A Dream Come True

 On Sunday the 16th of November 2008 , villagers of Mudiyannegama have started using the running water  from the newly built well, water tank and vast network of pipelines.

Water well is 20 feet in diameter and 40 feet deep

Water tank is 56 feet tall and hold about 3200 gallons of water

Pipeline network is about 5 miles

Running water for 102 families in 73 house holds

The Water Tannk is 56 feet tall

Tank can hold up to 3200 gallons of water

The well was built by the Australian Natural resources Mangement
